Throughout his career, he has spearheaded and executed major real estate projects that have contributed to market growth and the advancement of the construction ecosystem, in alignment with the Kingdom’s modern development objectives.

Mr. Osama Adel Al-Mudaiss serves as the General Manager of Diyar Al-Ula, bringing over 15 years of extensive professional experience in the real estate and administrative sectors, alongside a proven track record in business leadership and the development of operational and investment strategies. He is distinguished by a clear vision for achieving sustainable growth and enhancing the company’s market value through the management of daily operations, strategic planning, and coordination across various teams—ensuring the achievement of performance goals and the development of high-quality, efficient real estate projects.
Al-Muhannad Al-Ghamdi
Public Relations Officer
Al-Muhannad Al-Ghamdi serves as Public Relations Officer. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and Economics from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial and Banking Economics. He possesses strong expertise in corporate communications and relationship building, contributing to the enhancement of the organization’s corporate image and representing the entity professionally, thereby supporting the achievement of strategic goals in accordance with best professional practices.

Abdullah Faisal Al-Raddadi possesses over eleven years of operational experience in management and operations.
